I could frame this picture and hang it up. To me, it is artwork. To see my baby girl EATING like this is a beautiful sight to me.

And if a picture of her eating isn't good enough, a picture of her asking for, "More, please" is even better. Can you see her asking for more? Ahhhh- a masterpiece of a photograph. And in real life, it was even better...

Ariana has been doing great these last 2 weeks. She is waking up hungry, eating and even asking for food throughout the day. It is truly miraculous and I attribute it to nothing other than prayers. Nothing about our life or our situation has changed- and yet, ever since we started praying fervently for her hunger to ignite, she's been eating... and- HUNGRY!

In other news, it's been a long couple of weeks. I've been a single mom more often than not and the days are long and the nights, definitely even longer. They are not without the constant occasional scuttle between the kids. And when the arms go swinging (THEIRS, not mine!) I am starting to send noses in the corner. Any other suggestions? My kids have never been pacifists by any means, but geez- lately, I feel like I'm ringside WWW smack down more often than not
.

But, it's not all noses in the corner around here. Oh, no, my friends... we have plenty of just sitting around in chairs staring out the window wishing it were summer... or warmer... or something other than what it is... cold, dark and dreary.

But, I know that Spring is around the corner. The rain earlier this week was a beautiful, welcome reminder.

Yay! She's eating well! Good idea going for the subliminal message, too, of having her wear shirts with pictures of food on them!

I am SO happy that she is eating well! Noses to the wall! HA! Been there done that...until one day Ellie realized that she doesn't technically HAVE to leave her nose to the wall. So, being the GREAT mom that I am...I told her that I was going to stick her nose to the wall and I rubbed a little glue on it from a glue stick...IT WORKED! Unreal...her nose STUCK to the wall every single time for weeks on end! Hey...whatever works! Lately when the kids fight I make them sit knee to knee holding hands until they can figure out a way themselves to resolve the situation...it's been working. I am not sure why though....but I am going with it for now. I am so sick of being a referee. Hey...if you want company at night when Mike is gone b/c the nights are getting long, let me know!

Hey, I hope all is well and healthy now at your house. I'm hoping you get Spring a little early. I'm so sick of winter and I have nothing to complain about!

What to do about these naughty boys? My 5 year old has the worst temper and besides being called "stupid" several times, I was pounded with a fist several times yesterday. grrrr

OK, I just have to point out that you post the most adorable pictures of your girls then one of your son in the corner... what's with that? Send him over to my house so he can relax and have some fun... I'll defend him till the end!!! ;) (am I just being jealous, bitter, sarcastic? all of the above!)
